This Adobe InDesign
course is designed for new users of InDesign who have little or no previous
experience of desktop publishing. Starting from first principles, delegates will
be led through the procedures for creating new documents and modifying existing
ones, and will consolidate their knowledge by means of a series of carefully
constructed exercises at each stage. The course may also be suitable for users
of QuarkXPress or Adobe PageMaker wishing to transfer their skills to Adobe
InDesign.
At the end of the
course, delegates should feel confident and enthusiastic about using InDesign to
create a range of simple but well laid-out documents including short,
design-intensive publications such as flyers, leaflets and newsletters, through
to longer single chapter books, catalogues and brochures.
