| Business Objects is a database reporting tool that enables the creation of ad-hoc reports
from a Business Objects Universe.
As standard reports begin to limit users' ability to drill down for more specific information, the demands on IT resources also begin to increase. For users who not only want to view standard reports, but also need to analyse the data they see; perform ad-hoc queries to fetch new data; and create their own reports—there’s BusinessObjects™. In these Business Objects Reporter courses you'll learn lots of easy-to-use and time-saving tricks that will speed up your work-flow with Business Objects and really show you how powerful the software is. The Advanced course has some revision of the Introduction course topics as a refresher for those who need it, while the Introductory course is designed for those who are completely new to Business Objects. All three may be suitable for users who have been using Business Objects for a while without any formal training. |
These courses are based around the eFashion sample data that is shipped with the Business Objects software, and to which all users can be given access in their own workplace. This means that you will be able to work through the course exercises again – with the aid of the course reference notes provided – at your own pace once you return to work. Courses are run either in our training facility in Guildford, Surrey, or on your own premises as tailored training courses. Course reference notes, email support following the training, and, for courses held in the Guildford Training Centre, lunch and refreshments are included in the price of these courses.
